Description
Hi, I'm evaluating lean on a Windows 11 on a Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite CPU.
It runs okay under x64 emulation, but startup and compilation time is very slow.
Are there plans to release lean and lake for arm64 on Windows as well?

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are identified. Start by reviewing the repository's release and platform-support process, then determine whether Lean and Lake can target Windows on arm64. Done would require a documented decision or an implemented, tested release path for that platform.
