Description
Some mathlib maintainers use Gitpod and similar platforms for mathlib PR review. The most convenient UX for this would be a one-click link that opens the contents of the chosen PR as a project in the workbench (that is perhaps auto-deleted soon after being closed).

First steps
- Read the whole issue, then the project's contributing guide.

- Open a pull request that references the issue number.
Research direction
Start by mapping how the workbench currently creates and opens projects, then investigate how a GitHub pull request could supply the project contents. Define the one-click review flow, project cleanup behavior, and the conditions that mark the feature done; the issue does not name specific files or tests.
