Description
When I close and reopen vscode, I'm used to having some kind of remembered window configuration; I don't get that if the server restarts.
A basic default of "Open this lean file, open the infoview locked to the right" would go a long way towards the initial-opening experience feeling good.

Research direction
Start by tracing how the workbench opens a project and how it handles a server restart; the issue does not name specific files or tests. Check the existing project-opening and infoview layout entry points, then verify that reopening presents a Lean file with the infoview locked on the right.
