Description

As a regular user, create a project, view the project, delete the project, then go to admin view as an admin user.

Not sure what the right fix is. Change "delete" to "hide"?

Research direction

Reproduce the sequence in the issue: create and view a project as a regular user, delete it, then open the admin user's Active editor sessions view. Trace the project-deletion path and the data used by that view; before changing behavior, confirm whether deleted projects should be hidden or handled another way. Done means the admin view no longer breaks after the deletion sequence.
