Description
For each day, track
- the total time on the queue - perhaps the max, 95% percentile and median, or so :-)
- total number of PRs on the queue
This would be very useful in the long term, but not so in the short term. Marking low priority for now; to be revisited in the future.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by clarifying where daily queue metrics should be stored and displayed, and settle the exact time and PR-count measures, including which percentiles are required. Done means the agreed daily history is recorded and can be reviewed over time.
