Description

Just a vague thought I had that something along these lines might be useful. Maybe something like a summary with the top ~5 topics ordered by number of PRs on the #queue and then an expandable <details> tag containing the full list, along with links that apply the corresponding topic label filter to the #queue table.

Research direction

Start by locating the code that builds the #queue table and reads topic labels; the issue does not name files, tests, or an entry point. Clarify how PRs and labels are counted and how label-filter links should work. Done means showing roughly the top five topics, an expandable full list, and links that apply each topic filter.
