Description

The rate limit is kinda annoying and for an RL project I'd rather host it so an agent can use it as a tool.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the LeanSearchClient repository's existing entry points and its interaction with leansearch.net. Clarify the intended local hosting model, how an RL agent would use it as a tool, and whether the goal is to avoid the current rate limit; the issue is done only when that scope and a runnable local path are defined.
