Description
module docstring があるが、docgen でしか使われていないのだろうか？
せっかくなので、import Module の Module に hover したときに module docstring を見せるのはどうか？
クリックする手間が１回減るだけだが、便利ではないかと思う。少なくとも私はほしい。
