Description
GitHub Action

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or workflow entry points. Start by locating the lake command documentation and existing GitHub Actions, then define how translation generation, update triggers, and links should fit the project; done means the Japanese documentation is generated and linked with the machine-translation warning.
Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
