Unable to constructed paste on a schematic world

Are you using the latest Structurize Version?

• I am running the latest beta/release version of Structurize for my Minecraft version.
  I am also running the latest versions of other mods that are part of my problem.

Current Behavior

attempting to constructed paste a lvl 0 schematic results in nothing. no error sound no pasting

LadyShatana has had this issue, but the issue also went away for her.
I originally didn't have this issue and then it started.
I believe Kartijan also has this issue.

Expected Behavior

I expect to be able to constructed paste.

Reproduction Steps

1: extract the fortress style from the main mod and put it in your blueprints folder.
2: install the attached schematic into a folder in fortress (I am trying to do it from infrastructure/cavern
3: attempt to constructed paste the schematic after a client restart.

Start by reproducing the constructed-paste failure using the provided i_stair0.zip schematic and the listed Minecraft, Structurize, and MineColonies versions, then inspect the linked log. Compare the result after a client restart; the issue is done when the level 0 schematic reliably pastes into the schematic world without the reported silent failure.
