Ability to use files like .schematic for the build tool instead of being limited to a .blueprint file

Start by locating the existing .blueprint loading path and the code that represents Minecraft structures, then determine the supported .schematic format and conversion requirements. Done means .schematic files can be used wherever .blueprint files are currently accepted, with coverage for the relevant loading behavior.
