Swapping mouse buttons in controls causes menu scroll bars to stick to the cursor

Are you using the latest MineColonies Version?

• I am running the latest beta/release version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
  I am also running the latest versions of other mods that are part of my problem.

Current Behavior

I play with RMB and LMB swapped. when i use the bar to scroll through a minecolonies menu, the bar will stick to the cursor. clicking doesn't stop the interaction but leaving the menu does. playing with default controls stops the bug.

Expected Behavior

the scroll bar to not stick to the cursor

Reproduction Steps

1: go to controls menu and copy the mouse control in the picture

2: open any world with minecolonies installed

3: the easiest menu to test this with would be the build tool but any other minecolonies menu with a scroll bar will work [like the restaurant food menu]

4: click the scroll bar then release, the bar should now move with the cursor even after releasing the button.

Start by reproducing the issue with swapped mouse controls in the build tool menu, then compare it with the restaurant food menu and inspect the scrollbar input handling. The fix is complete when releasing the swapped-button input no longer leaves the scrollbar following the cursor, while default controls continue to work.
