Description

The idea here is that users can mark certain publishes as assets they use in other content, and it's not meant to be searchable / indexed in channels. Pretty much remove it from claim search and only allow on direct resolve.

Research direction

No files or tests are named. Start by locating the type definitions and the claim-search and direct-resolve entry points, then determine how an asset metadata type should be represented and excluded from indexing while remaining directly resolvable; done means those behaviors are defined and covered across the relevant cross-language definitions.
