Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in the stated WordPress, PHP, and LBRYPress environment: place an Image Block immediately before a three-line Bullet List Block and inspect the published LBRY result. Done means the first list marker renders as a bullet rather than a dash, without changing the other listed bullets.
