Get LBRY blockchain listed on Thorchain DEX

Since is becoming increasily harder to exchange LBC it would be nice if it would be listed on a decentralized multichain exchange like Thorchain.
For that to happend it's necesary to write a Bifröst module and propose it via a THORChain Improvement Proposal (TIP) as stated on ThorChain documentation.
