Description

Issue Summary

In the pgp-key.md you provide a link to a third party side - which now no longer stores your key:

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Go to the pgp-key.md or the website https://lbry.com/faq/pgp-key.
  2. Use the provided link
  3. See "404" error.
Personal thoughts

IMHO, sending users to a third party site to download a self-signed key there, without even mentioning the valid key ID, is pretty bad practice.

Please store the key on the git and provide a GitHub link to the file on https://github.com/lbryio/lbry.com plus the key-id.
Please remember to use a long key ID, as short key IDs are insecure.

Research direction

Start with content/faq/pgp-key.md and inspect the third-party key link described in the issue. Replace it with a GitHub-hosted key file and include the key ID, using a long key ID as requested. Verify the website page and repository link no longer lead users to the reported 404.
