Description
Using the --api flag, lbrynet will save it in settings, under "api", which it will use the next time, it starts. I could not find any other way to change the api address, that will affect only that single start.

Research direction
Start by tracing how the lbrynet --api flag is parsed and how the api value is persisted in settings. Confirm the current startup path, then define done as allowing a single start to use a different API address without changing the saved setting.
