Description

## The Issue
Per @eukreign , this is a work in progress with the new wallet server refactoring which is slated to be released at the end of the week. Ideally one could pass a flag if they wanted to see the list of resolves.

This would also include other calls where supports are returned by the SDK.

Research direction

No files or tests are named. Start by reviewing the new wallet server refactoring and the SDK calls that return supports; determine the intended flag behavior and signing details before defining the acceptance criteria. Done means the relevant API calls expose the requested information and the project tests pass.
