Small rectangle appears momentarily on the the repost icon in the channel feed

DESCRIPTION:

Small rectangle appears momentarily on the the repost icon in the channel feed. This occurs when first loading the page, and then it disappears. If you scroll down and back up the rectangle will appear again.

REPRO STEPS:

1. Install and Launch LBRY 0.16.0 on Android 8.1.0
2. Login to an existing account
3. View a Channel with Reposts

Results: Repost icon has a rectangle on it for a moment

Expected: Repost icon did not have a rectangle on it

Reproduce the issue on Android 8.1.0 by opening a channel with reposts, then inspect how the repost icon is rendered during initial loading and after scrolling. Done means the rectangle no longer appears, the project builds, unit tests pass, and the behavior is verified on the listed device and Android version.
