When the user first signs into an existing account after installing the app, the Wallet balance will change drastically as the background process loads blocks.

This can be confusing, and also cause unwarranted excitement or alarm when you see that your balance is either higher or lower than you thought it was.

1) Launch LBRY 0.15.6 on Android 10
2) Sign into an existing account for the first time
3) Open the Menu
4) Watch the wallet balance

**Results:** Wallet balance changes repeatedly
