Crash in Publishes Menu while Repost is Pending

**DESCRIPTION:**

If the user Reposts someone else's post and then navigates to the Publishes menu while its still pending, the app will crash.

**REPRO STEPS:**
1) Launch LBRY 0.15.3 on Android 10
2) Open another user's video
3) Repost their video
4) Navigate to 'Menu > Publishes'
5) Wait a few seconds for screen to update

**Results:** Crash

**Expected:** Pending Publishes load
