Small Picture bug

The Issue

There is a short picture in my video ehen I maximize it

Steps to reproduce

1. Open lbry
   2.click on a video
2. Minimize
3. Then click on the minimized and then maximize it

Expected behaviour

Reproduce the issue in the LBRY Android app on a Samsung Galaxy Tab A running Android 7 by opening a video, minimizing it, and maximizing it again. Trace the video player flow involved in that transition; done means the video picture renders correctly after maximizing, with the project building and relevant tests passing.
