Double tapping the Support icon on a Channel or Video results in 2 support menus opening.

**REPRO STEPS:**
1) Open LBRY 0.16.11 on Android 8.1.0 w/ a Synced Account and Daemon Running
2) Go to a Video or Channel page
3) Quickly tap the Support/Tip icon twice
**Results:** Two support menus open
**Expected:** One support menu opens
