**DESCRIPTION:**
Using the Take a Photo option in the New Publish menu results in a Thumbnail which is rotated 90-degrees clockwise.

**REPRO STEPS:**
1) Open LBRY 0.16.11 on Android 8.1.0 w/ a Synced Account and Daemon Running
2) Go to New Publish
3) Select Take a Photo
4) Take a photo and accept it
**Results:** Photo is rotated
**Expected:** Photo is not rotated
