Description
**DESCRIPTION:**
Going to New Publish while watching a video, and then pressing the Home button, causes the camera stream to appear in the PiP instead of the video stream.

**REPRO STEPS:**
1) Open LBRY 0.16.11 on Android 8.1.0 w/ a Synced Account and Daemon Running
2) Begin watching a video
3) Go to New Publish
4) Press the Home button
**Results:** Camera stream appears in PiP
**Expected:** Video stream appears in PiP
