Description

**DESCRIPTION:**

If the User used a notification to view a video, and then they minimized the app, the notification screen will be present when they reopen the app, even though it was not the previously active screen.

**REPRO STEPS:**
1) Install and Launch LBRY 0.16.11 on Android 8.1.0
2) Select a notification which leads to a video
3) Press the Home button
4) Drag PiP off the screen
5) Reopen LBRY

**Results:** On Notification Screen

**Expected:** On Video Screen
