The text on the Resend button on the Sign In screen is cutoff on smaller screens in Portrait orientation.

**REPRO STEPS:**
1) Install and Launch LBRY 0.16.11 on Android 10 on Galaxy A01
2) Choose "Sign In"
3) Enter an email address and submit it
4) View Resend button text
**Results:** Text is cutoff
**Expected:** Text appears on one line
