**DESCRIPTION:**
3rd Tier Comments are not visible from within the app. This can lead to situations where the user clicks a comment in the Notification menu and is taken to a page which does not contain the comment.

**REPRO STEPS:**
1) Install and Launch LBRY 0.16.11 on Android 8.1.0
2) Log into an existing account
3) Receive a 3rd level tier on one of your videos
4) Click the comment notification
5) Look for the comment
**Results:** The comment is not present
**Expected:** The comment is present
