## The Issue
Blocked channel do show up in Android app
### Steps to reproduce
1.log on to lbry.tv (using any browser)
2.block any chanel
3.channel disappears on lbry.tv
4. Open Android app
5. Channel shows up in Android app
### Expected behaviour
Tell us what should happen
The blocked channels should disappear on Android app also
