Description

Currently, you have to pass 2 extra parameters to return claims with validated signatures. For centralized versions, there should be a mode where they aren't required to be passed to all claim searches

Research direction

No file or test is identified in the issue. Start by locating claim-search entry points and the existing parameters used to request validated signatures, then determine how a centralized-version mode should select validation by default. Done means centralized searches validate channel signatures without requiring those extra parameters, with coverage for both default and explicit modes.
