Description

The numerical value shown for prices on explorer claims to be in LBC but it's actually in deweys.

Example: https://explorer.lbry.com/claims/7566d7bf31db2bec324d9d5ee0432418fd852a1c
which is actually priced at 199 LBC.

Research direction

Start with the linked claim on explorer.lbry.com and trace how its price is displayed. Verify the unit used for the displayed value against the example claim, and consider the issue done when the explorer shows 199 LBC rather than the corresponding dewey amount.
