Rework the coffee page around method, kit and a test-driven quip

coffee.html is linked from William's CV ("opinionated about automation, linting, and how to brew a good cup of coffee"), so recruiters are likely to read it. As it stands it undersells the engineering angle: the intro calls the approach "a bit over-engineered for the problem at hand", and it links a notes repo that looks abandoned (two bean notes, last pushed March 2025).

Page structure

1. Banner: new hero, Nathan Dumlao's latte-on-beans photo from Unsplash (XOhI_kW_TaM), cropped 1:1 and centred on the cup, with an Unsplash credit badge like the other pages that use Unsplash photos.
2. Approach: a short intro that sets up the quip: "Every recipe here started as a baseline and got better by making one controlled change at a time. Test-driven brewing, more or less."
3. Book spotlight: James Hoffmann's The Best Coffee at Home, a birthday gift William recommends. This replaces the Hoffmann sentence currently tacked onto the recipe.
4. Grinder spotlight: a budget Breville conical burr grinder, still going after about ten years. Framed as a great-value purchase that has taken him a long way into the hobby.
5. One method each, a spotlight for the kit and a recipe grid under it, including that method's grind setting:
   • French press: the daily driver, over 95% of brews. 16g / 600ml / 92°C / 6 min, two cafetières into an insulated flask for four workday cups. The dose is deliberately lighter than Hoffmann's, and the copy says why.
   • AeroPress: office and travel.
   • Moka pot: espresso-style drinks at home, or when a recipe calls for one.
6. Bean gallery: "Some of my favourite beans", photos of the bags with roaster, origin and process as captions. No tasting notes needed.

Out of scope for now

• The coffee-notes repo link is removed rather than kept, until the repo has enough in it to be worth linking.

Acceptance criteria

• "Over-engineered" wording is gone, and the new quip is present.
• No link to github.com/laywill/coffee-notes remains on the page.
• Every image is a real photo: no placeholder remains (the photos come from William: book, grinder, each brewer, bean bags).
• The AeroPress and Moka pot recipes and every method's grind setting are real numbers, not placeholders.
• The meta and OG descriptions, llms.txt and the index card copy match the new page.
• Every .items section has its inner wrapper; check-render passes at desktop and 375px.

Start with coffee.html and inspect the existing page structure, metadata, OG descriptions, index card copy, and llms.txt references. Replace the specified content and real photos, then run check-render at desktop and 375px; done means all acceptance criteria pass, including the .items inner wrappers and removal of the coffee-notes link.
