Description
The two existing variants both lead with people leadership. Add main_technical.tex for Staff/Principal-level individual-contributor roles: technical-first subtitle, employment bullets re-cut to foreground architecture and hard constraints, a technical-first skills section, and a new open-source section. Also moves the variant flags into the class so the entry points stop having to declare each other's booleans.
