Description
Current Behavior
Mobile visitors of the pricing page cannot see which feature checkmark corresponds to which plan as they scroll the page.
Desired Behavior
Ideally, the subscription plan names become sticky at the top of the page as the user scroll down so that they can always understand which feature checkmark corresponds to what plan.

Implementation
In addition to making the subscription names sticky as a row, frozen toward the top of the screen, the feature checkmarks table needs to be sized to be more mobile friendly.
