[UX] Section Highlight doesn't have the same behaviour in `/cloud` and `/kanvas`

### Current Behavior
In [`\kanvas`](https://docs.layer5.io/kanvas/), the highlight over the kanvas box disappears you mouse over the cloud box,

whereas in [`\cloud`](https://docs.layer5.io/cloud/), the highlight over the cloud box remains whens you mouse over the kanvas box. This is a minor inconsistency in UX between both pages.

### Expected Behavior
Highlighting should work the same way in both the pages.

Compare the section highlight behavior on the /cloud and /kanvas pages in the Layer5 documentation site, starting with the page components and their hover interactions. Reproduce the inconsistency shown in the issue, then confirm that moving between the cloud and kanvas boxes produces matching highlight behavior on both pages.
