[Debt] `archive` folder is dead code

#### Current Behavior
[`archive`](https://github.com/layer5io/docs/tree/master/archive) contains a bunch of docsy placeholder/quickstart templates that aren't ever used.

#### Expected Behavior
It would be a good idea to remove the folder to reduce the size of the codebase. I have verified that these files aren't used anywhere.
