为什么创建的应用，除了用户身份的权限外，还有应用身份的权限。
我的管理员问我想干嘛。我不知道怎么回。。。
所以我现在有两个问题：
- 为什么需要申请应用身份的权限，审核通过后，是不是意味着，我可以通过这个应用，去干一些我的身份干不了的事情。
- 这些应用身份的权限是必要的吗，我可以手动移除掉重新审核吗。
