Description
目前飞书开放平台只能逐个关闭应用权限，当有几百个权限时操作非常不便。
建议：
- 提供批量选择/批量关闭权限的功能
- 提供 API 来管理应用的权限 scope（开启/关闭）
- 提供"重置权限"功能，一键恢复到初始状态
