Description
反馈一个BUG和优化建议，我使用飞书CLI来创建了一个飞书审批，但是后续却无法再手动在飞书审批调整一些参数，这个很不方便
比如我用飞书CLI新建一个审批流后，然后我想勾选手写签名，却提示没有这个接口和操作，但是我在流程设计所有的点击都是被禁用的
本来用飞书CLI创建是个快捷的事，但是现在反倒因为这个原因变得很不方便了
