Description
当支持多用户的Agent使用CLI时，无法根据openid对不同用户进行授权管理，可能与当前CLI针对个人助理方向有关。但这对企业级多用户Agent也是非常广泛的和有价值需求，希望增加不同openid的授权模式功能。
