Description
After installing hermes, lark-cli no longer works from other agent environments like opencode and codex.
It seems like hermes changes something globally, so existing lark-cli usage in those tools breaks.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue after installing hermes, then invoke lark-cli from opencode and codex and compare their environments with a working setup. Trace the global change that causes the existing command to fail, and confirm the fix by running lark-cli successfully from both agent environments after hermes is installed.
