Description
Currently SpinerEOSDependsRhoSie is missing the more advanced ideal gas extrapolation treatment in SpinerEOSDependsRhoT. This should be implemented. It also currently uses a constant offset for the energy grid, where as a better offset would use the cold curve, thus guaranteeing good energy bounds.
