Description
SuperNu 4.x is fully comoving in frames, meaning the Lorentz transformations have been refactored since 3.x. However, the 3D spherical geometry transport/diffusion routines were missed in this, hence should not be used at the moment.

Research direction
Locate the 3D spherical geometry transport and diffusion routines, then compare their Lorentz transformations with the refactored SuperNu 4.x behavior described in the issue. Review the SuperNu 3.x implementation and determine the required fully comoving treatment; the work is done when these routines correctly use the 4.x transformations and are safe to use.
