Description
Appears to be some more recent instances of mismatched gases in the carbon isotope product. This has been dealt with within NEONiso by including a dataframe allowing for corrections within package internal data.
Suspected mismatched reference/measured values:
- [ ] BLAN, early 2023, high reference gas
- [ ] DEJU, late 2022-2023, med reference gas
- [ ] SOAP, late 2021, all reference gases (might also be a short term issue with measurements, need to investigate more)
- [ ] SRER, early 2023, low reference gas, CO2 values only
- [ ] STEI, second half of 2022, high reference gas (change in reference CO2/d13C values but does not appear to be a change in measured values)

Research direction
Review NEONiso's internal correction dataframe and the calibration path that consumes it. Investigate the suspected reference/measured mismatches for BLAN, DEJU, SOAP, SRER, and STEI, including the noted uncertainty for SOAP. Done means confirmed discrepancies are documented and the required corrections are represented in the package's internal data.
