when model answer my question , internal server error

### Steps to reproduce

when I send a question to model , model can answer, but response from backend will return a internal server error.
need to solve this problem.

Expect not show this problem.

Start by reproducing the issue on Dify 1.14.0 in the self-hosted Docker deployment and inspect the backend logs while sending a question to the model. Compare the successful model answer with the backend response and identify the failing request path; done means the answer is returned without an internal server error.
