Revisions round 2: Consistency check throughput paper

Once we have the paper mostly written, we should do a pass to make the language and figures consistent. This includes:

* [ ] Introduce all acronyms in first mention. For example, say "Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)" on first mention of RAG.
* [ ] Ensure charts have consistent style.
* [ ] Make sure repeated labels are consistent. For example, if Parquet and Lance are shown in different colors, they should be shown with consistent that color in all charts.
