Description

We are using zone maps for things like statistics more and more. It's also a useful index for "is null" style queries. As a result we want it to support all data types (currently it does not support, at least, fsl)

Research direction

No file or test is named. Start by locating the zonemap implementation and its supported-type checks, then inspect existing tests for type coverage and null-style queries. Done means zonemaps support every data type identified by the project, including the currently unsupported type mentioned in the issue, with tests covering the behavior.
