What to build
Make ObjectStore::create return writers passed through the Lance-level wrapper for all schemes. LocalWriter stays specialized (temp-file atomic write) but is wrapped the same way as cloud ObjectWriter, so a wrapper observes buffered writes, multipart uploads, and shutdown uniformly.
