Description

Provide a function to run full text queries without using an index. Use brute force computations and take tokenizer arguments at query time.

TODO: are there precedents from other SQL engines for how to structure the API?

Research direction

No file or test is named. First identify the existing full-text query and tokenizer entry points, then review how other SQL engines structure brute-force FTS APIs. Done means a decided API supports query-time tokenizer arguments and evaluates full-text queries without an index, with coverage for the chosen behavior.
