Description
We allow users to filter on the _rowid and _rowaddr columns:
ds.to_table(filter=f"_rowid = {some_row_id}", with_row_id=True)
However, we apply this filter as an in-memory filter. In other words, to satisfy the above to_table call, we would read the entire table from disk.
Instead, we should treat _rowid and _rowaddr as having an implicit scalar index.
